ctgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of the ctgame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ctgame may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisf actory age verification documentation will result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. ctgame employs automated and manual age verification checks. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
The ctgame Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that accessing and using the ctgame Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ctgame Account only. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses therein.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. ctgame will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. ctgame will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ctgame Support immediately.
ctgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before making a withdrawal or at any time ctgame deems necessary:
ctgame reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your ctgame Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding Bonus amounts subject to Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ctgame reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance. Users will be notified prior to any such deduction.
ctgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
ctgame does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. ctgame reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Account dashboard, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. ctgame reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by our automated compliance systems. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
All transactions on the ctgame Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ctgame does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ctgame's control and are the User's sole responsibility.
Note: ctgame does not hold User funds in a pooled general company account. Player funds are maintained in a segregated manner consistent with the requirements of our international gaming licence, providing an additional layer of protection.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ctgame are subject to specific Terms and Conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be clearly stated for each promotion.
ctgame reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in any of the following:
Bonuses that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not fulfilled within the specified timeframe will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
All bets placed on the ctgame Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that bet.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, prices, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed or applied, ctgame reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the User's Account. ctgame's decision in such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by ctgame at its discretion without prior notice.
A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance. If you do not receive a confirmation message, the bet should be assumed not to have been placed. ctgame is not responsible for bets that fail due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are governed by ctgame's Sports Betting Rules, which set out how markets are settled in cases of match abandonment, DLS method application, player substitutions, and other contingencies. Users are encouraged to review these rules before placing live or pre-match bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctgame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of ctgame's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access licence and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctgame and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
ctgame's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ctgame's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ctgame collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ctgame.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
